Little Ninjas
K1/Kickboxing for 5-7 year olds.
Our Little Ninjas sessions are designed for children aged 5-7. The aim is to ensure the children are having fun whilst still practicing life skills such as Discipline, Respect, Team Work, Social Skills, Focus, Self Control and of course Physical Fitness and Healthy Habits.
We like to work together with parents to promote good values in a positive, safe & fun environment.

Junior Boxing (8-15yrs)
Led by fully qualified Boxing coaches, our sessions teach the breakdowns of all the technical aspects of Boxing whilst providing a workout that packs a punch!
Our junior sessions improve fitness levels which transfer to other sports, we teach discipline that can be carried in all aspects of life, self protection skills, teamwork, developing confidence & meeting new friends!

Junior K1/Kickboxing (8-15yrs)
Our Junior K1/Kickboxing sessions are tailored for children aged 8-15 years old. In this day and age, we are battling with sitting down on devices and children are not getting enough regular exercise. We make sure that our sessions are packed with high energy workouts but still lots of fun!
We ensure that every child learns how to be able to defend themselves effectively by learning a practical system. Now, we hope that they never have to use these skills outside of the gym but its important that they are able to if given no other choice. Juniors will also gain bags of confidence from our sessions and will also learn how to handle situations without any violence.
There are so many opportunities that we can offer. Our junior leader programme helps children to learn skills like Leadership, Communication & Public Speaking.

Adults Boxing (16+)
Led by fully qualified Boxing coaches, our sessions teach the breakdowns of all the technical aspects of Boxing whilst providing a workout that packs a punch.
We like to give you lots of knowledge behind the sweet science of boxing but rest assured, on our sessions, you are guaranteed to burn lots of calories and feel great doing it!

It doesn’t matter what gender, ability, shape or size you are,our Adult targeted sessions are inclusive for all. Get fit, lose weight, make friends, have fun, all whilst learning a new sport.
We take thought away from your workout by teaching you practical techniques & skills you can apply to real life (if needed) and competitions if you fancy a real challenge!
You are guaranteed to feel great & burn lots of calories on our sessions.
